The activities of young men and women in the Youth Agripreneurs (IYA) program under the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) have made the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) President Dr Kanayo Nwanze proud; and rekindled the hope of a new generation of African agricultural entrepreneurs that will feed the continent, create wealth and employment. 
The Oyo State Honorable Commissioner for Industry, Applied science and Technology has enjoined the youths of the nation to be more interested in how they are governed and come out en masse to participate in politics so that the dream of a new Nigeria would be a reality.

Dr. Lekan Are, Chairman of Kakanfo Inn and Conference Centre, Ibadan, has enjoined youths in the ancient city of Ibadan to actively play their vital roles in the development of the city, state and country. According to him, the nation's youths are the hope of Nigeria.
